ShelfariOk, I am officially trying to start my own Computer Repair/Tune Up business. The trick is that I need to write at least something that resembles a prospectus. So here is where I am starting.
Services that I will Provide:
Virus Protection Related Services – Security Suite Services
Install provided antivirus or security suite, will buy antivirus or security suite program for you if you wish
Insure that antivirus/security suite is completely updated, and the licence is up to date.
Program antivirus/security suite to run scheduled anti-virus scans.
Charge on an hourly basis to manually remove viral infections from computers.
Network installation and troubleshooting:
Talking to customer to determine the best network setup for them.
Purchasing and installing network devices and wires.
Troubleshooting existing networks to insure internet and local area connections.
Other Computer Services:
Spyware Removal, Computer Updates

Will configure any email clients to work with any email that provides email client download/sending services and settings.
Printers
Will recommend, order, set up and troubleshoot any printing issues or printer problems.
Computer Upgrades
Will recommend, order and install any software or hardware.
